Trust services team

Our trust services team work closely with people that have a trust with us and support them to ask for things they want the trust to pay for. A member of the team will regularly visit people with a trust in their home and take the time to get to know your loved one – who they are, what they care about, and what makes them happy – and encourage them to make good use of their trust. When a trust request is made the team work quickly to review the request and process any payments.
