Through this process we meet with some of the largest investment managers across the UK to appoint the investment manager that best meets our needs. Through our retendering processes we can help confirm that we are offering a high-quality investment service for our trusts.

We partner with Deloitte’s Private Client Services team to prepare and submit the annual tax returns and payments for each of the trusts we manage. Deloitte’s tax specialists work closely with private clients and other professional advisors to address the complex issues involved with estates, gifts, inheritance, trusts and charitable activities.

Like Mencap Trust Company, Golden Lane Housing, was set up by Mencap. Since 1998 they have been helping people with a learning disability to find and enjoy a suitable, safe home with advice and housing. Golden Lane Housing is the preferred landlord for property held in trust with Mencap Trust Company. As a national specialist learning disability housing association, they provide homes to over 2,800 people with a learning disability and autistic people across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
